Fire vent system is a well developed network of optical and thermal detectors, disposed in the building and connected with the control panel by some wires. It serves as an emergency ventilation system, that removes or reduces volume of smoke, toxic chemicals and hot air. System increases chances for an effective evacuation and protects health and life of people during an emergency situation.

In case of emergency, detector sends a signal to the control panel which controls the fire dampers and is able to supervise their actions. A manual activation of the system is an alternative option. It refers to the human decision and risk assessment.
