"Youniq" Gdańsk is a residential builiding complex for young people in Gdańsk. To accomplish this Project Nextnet implements following systems:

- Low current installations ( Fire alarm and detection system, intercom system with an Access Control function, CCTV)
- Structural cabling system, fiber optic installation, cabel TV, RTV, SAT, DVBT)
- CO & LPG gas leaking detection system
